PETER MANETTAS
MA #820 / NH # 762

Peter Manettas is a licensed MA (#820) associate home inspector, and NH (#762) home inspector. After high school, he attended University of Massachusetts Boston for 2 years. At that point is when he discovered the home inspection profession, and decided to make the life change and get started right away. Peter is still young, but eager to start on his career on his own. He started his home inspection journey in March of 2021, when he took the state required course. Peter quickly took and passed the national home inspectors exam, and has been inspecting ever since.

Looking back, Peter has always been mechanically inclined. He did his first oil change at 12, brakes for the first time at 14, and replaced his car's whole sound system at 17. Peter has been well versed with most electrical, since his dad is an electrical engineer, and grew up with plenty of framing experience as well. He is also very interested Smart Home technology, which he has rigorously implemented into his own home. Peter also flys his drone as a hobby, but intends to get certified to use the drone to inspect roofs.

Peter grew up in Billerica, MA and has lived in the same house his whole life. He went to The Hellenic American Academy in Lowell until 8th grade, a private Greek school, that encouraged strong family values and a strong connection to his Hellenic culture. Starting high school, he worked as a manager in retail for 5 years at the local Garden Center. He attended Billerica Memorial High School, and took a strong interest in theater and became the stage manager, an extremely detail oriented job. He did that job for 4 years and even was an Assistant Stage Manager at Gloucester stage company in more recent years.
